June 29 Check-in Details

1:00 - 4:00...Check in at Doughton Residence Hall

*Please note: You will be assigned a check-in time (information will be sent to you mid-June). This will help with traffic/congestion for moving in your personal items and waiting in line to pick up your room key and visiting the SV check-in tables.

Signs will be displayed at major intersections as you enter Boone to direct you to Doughton Residence Hall on ASU's campus. As you arrive at Doughton Hall, please do not park in fire lanes or block traffic. There is a parking lot behind Doughton Hall where you can drop off your belongings and easily walk around to the front entrance. There is also a small loading driveway which can be accessed by Hoey Hall. Summer Ventures residence advisors will be able to direct you to drop-off and parking locations, etc.

Once you have unloaded your belongings, parents please move your vehicle to a valid parking spot on campus.

Students:

1. As you arrive, please check in at the main desk to receive your room key from the ASU Housing staff

2. After receiving your room key, proceed to the SV check-in tables. There will be 3 tables for you to visit in order to check-in and pick up materials.

3. Don't forget to have your picture taken by a member of the SV staff! :)

4. Move your items into your room.

**SV staff members will be wearing matching T-shirts, so you should be able to find us for questions, etc.**

4:00 - 5:00...Parent/Student meeting in IG Greer Auditorium

5:00...Parents depart

5:15...Students will meet with their floor RA to go to dinner
